I chaired a meeting for residents across the constituency to put their questions and concerns about mail deliveries to representatives of Royal Mail HQ and local delivery offices. Royal Mail have hired more staff, are seeking bigger offices in some locations and agreed to look at specific postcodes and how they handle complaints in general. I am glad that most people say their deliveries are better at the moment but I will keep working on this as and when people have further problems
