Today I am launching my health services survey for constituents.
Since I arrived in Westminster I have been campaigning on the lack of new health facilities for the number of new houses we've had built, particularly GP surgeries. I've regularly raised it with ministers and in the House of Commons (so far in 19 different debates) as well as in many meetings locally.
Wherever you live in the constituency, please answer the 8 questions on my website which will take about 5 minutes, no more than 10 minutes.
There are no questions about who your GP is or how you vote - the questions are just about our health services across the area and the more people who take part, the stronger the message to the Government, the Council and local health leaders.
