It is 4 years to the day since I was elected as the MP for Wantage and Didcot.
I'd never been in politics before - instead running charities for disadvantaged young people - and having been born on a council estate and attended a school where only 20% of pupils passed any 5 GCSEs, it's been a completely different world to be part of, but a huge honour and privilege to represent the country's best constituency.
It has been 4 years of big challenges for the country, from Covid to the cost of living, and I'm very proud to have handled more than 43,500 cases for local people while visiting 600 local organisations, running events for young and old, and having campaign successes on everything from AEAT Pensioners to renewable energy.
