I am supporting the Epilepsy Society's campaign for Zach's Law, which would make it an offence to post flashing images with the intent of causing seizures in people with epilepsy. The Minister confirmed that the Bill will cover this offence, but that the Ministry of Justice continues to carry out further work on the issue.
