We have many inspirational women across the constituency - far too many to celebrate in one post, but here are just a few of them on International Women's Day. Well done to them all.
Mikayla Beames: Winner of the Prime Minister's Point of Light Award and founder of Team Mikayla, which has granted hundreds of wishes to children battling cancer.
Niamh Dernie: Local campaigner who is spreading awareness about reporting and tackling sexual assault.
Sharon Gaffka: Activist who is leading a campaign to tackle drink spiking and was recently listed as one of the women in Westminster 100.
Hanna Tereshchemko: a Ukrainian refugee who co-founded the great local beauty business Serica Smooth.
Anna Richards: Founder of social enterprise Maymessy and winner of the Prime Minister’s Point of Light Award.
Alison Jackson: Recognised as the Lawn Tennis Association Official of the Year in 2021.
Polly Vacher: Spearheaded efforts to provide a home for Ukrainian refugees in North Moreton and an accomplished aviator.
Lydia Otter: CEO of Pennyhooks Farm Trust, which helps young people and adults on the autistic spectrum.

Di Baker: who did a wing walk to raise money for the Lewy Body Society.
Andrea Warren: Community champion who is involved in local healthcare, teaches English to Ukrainian refugees and co-ordinated volunteers for the vaccine rollout.
Stephanie Coneboy: Headteacher of Fitzwaryn School, outstanding school in Wantage for children with special educational needs.
Lt Col Mags Miller: Former commanding officer at Vauxhall Barracks.
Zoro Mubaya: Founder of Driving Miss Daisy Didcot which provides companionship services to local people.
Jeanette Howse: Organiser of many of the community's events.
Debbie Greenfield: Chairwoman of the Harwellian.
Elizabeth Paris: Deputy Lieutenant of Oxfordshire and driving force behind Didcot Powerhouse.
