This month, Liane - who is behind L & S Cakes in East Hanney - and her husband, Mark, launched Active Future South Oxfordshire for children from 6 to 11. Designed to instil a love of movement for life, children can take part in a range of activities like dodgeball and nerf battles to keep them active. I didn't need any persuading to join in!
