It was a pleasure to take Claire Coutinho, the Children's Minister, to Bright Horizons Nursery in Didcot today where we met with children, parents, and staff to hear their views on childcare. I know that this is a very important issue – when I knock on doors each week, parents regularly talk to me about the challenges of finding a good nursery – and I am glad the Government is investing single largest amount in childcare ever to help address this.
