I had a whale of a time at Faringdon Day Centre, a friendly meeting place for people who have 'at least 60 years life experience'. There's games, singing, dancing, talks and plenty more going on - plus delicious food I got to sample, expertly made by Julie (and prepared by Chris). One of the things that the regulars told me was how much they enjoyed making friends there, particularly if they are usually at home alone. If you know someone who could benefit from attending, do check them out.
