Since I was elected, I have been campaigning for justice for our local AEAT pensioners.

I introduced legislation to give them a fair hearing

I secured the first ever independent investigation into their case from the NAO

I met with the Chair of the Public Accounts Committee to discuss the case, who then held a hearing on the NAO report

Today, the PAC published their report and made recommendations to Government which they will have to respond to.

I am meeting with the AEAT Pensions Campaign Group soon to discuss next steps and will keep campaigning for justice.
