Grove Station

Today I officially presented my petition to re-open Grove Station to Parliament. It now goes straight to the Department for Transport.

Thank you again to the 2,127 local people who signed it!

I will be meeting with the Rail Minister again shortly to make the case and will let you know how that goes.

Campaigning for Grove Station

I have been campaigning for Grove Station to be re-opened since I was first elected. There is strong local support for this, as shown when I carried out a survey which showed 98% of local people were in favour! With the local population continuing to grow, there is a clear need for the station.
