There was a real buzz at my Apprenticeship Fair today in Didcot - nearly 400 people from local schools and the local area passed through the doors and had great conversations with some great employers.

Huge thanks to Sharon Gaffka, herself the product of an apprenticeship, who came to open the Fair with me less than 24 hours after running the London Marathon yesterday!

I've already been asked repeatedly if I will do it again, and I will!
